Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist

In the context of workplace safety, prevention is a crucial aspect of mitigating the impact of injuries. Our team collaborates with employers to develop strategies that promote injury prevention, rehabilitation, and employee well-being.
This role focuses on supporting clients in the South East Melbourne area through a holistic approach to rehabilitation. The specialist will work closely with clients to create personalized recovery plans, using a whole-person approach to address physical and psychological injuries.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently. They should have a degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology, as well as full or associate registration with ASORC, APHRA, or AASW.
