About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our award-winning residential building company in Newcastle, NSW. As a Senior Residential Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate sales estimates for various custom and project builds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cost estimates for single-storey, split-level, and double-storey home designs.
  • Obtain quotes and prices for variations.
  • Compile and submit sales tenders using site inspection images, satellite views, and mapping tools.
  • Develop pricing for pre-contract variations and prepare detailed scopes of work.
  • Calculate site-related costs, including earthworks.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require at least 2 years of experience in a Sales Estimating role for a residential home builder. Experience using Businesscraft is preferable, as well as high attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus attractive employee benefits and remuneration.
