Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean lobbies, lifts, recreational facilities, carpark, and waste management areas, ensuring a high standard of sanitation and tidiness.
  • Maintain cleanliness in bins and garbage rooms, adhering to council collection guidelines.
  • Work closely with residents and managers to address any concerns or issues related to cleaning services.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous cleaning experience, demonstrating your ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
