We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all accounting functions within the business, providing accurate and timely financial reports, preparing BAS, payroll tax and other statutory obligations, and managing cash flow, budget and forecasting functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CPA qualification
  • Experience in a Financial Controllers role within a business environment
  • Experience in managing a finance team
  • Sound accounting and business taxation knowledge
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret Industrial Awards, and provide accurate advice when required
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Punctuality and Reliability
  • Current and valid NT Driver's License
