Our company, Rentokil Initial, is a leading business services provider with operations in over 66 countries. We are seeking an experienced Operational Director to lead our Darwin branch and drive regional growth.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience

As Operational Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives, managing budgets, and leading a team of professionals.

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost savings and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and support

Requirements:
