As an Administrative Director, you will play a key role in leading our operations and implementing strategic goals to drive positive change and foster community engagement.
Job DescriptionAs Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day activities and working closely with Elected Members, the community, and other stakeholders to achieve our objectives. You will lead our Executive Leadership Team and ensure high-quality service delivery across all areas of our functions.
We are seeking a highly capable leader with significant experience at the senior executive level, ideally within Local Government. Your strong strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and ability to manage complex projects will enable you to make a meaningful impact in our vibrant community.
As CEO, you will demonstrate financial acumen, foster positive stakeholder relationships, and have an understanding of the legislative and governance requirements of Local Government. The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$140,000 - AU$180,000 depending on experience.
