About the Role:

As an Early Years Manager at Goodstart Early Learning, you'll have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic initiatives across our kindergartens.

Your Impact:

  • You will lead the charge in managing the Early Years Management program, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across financial, administrative, and governance aspects while navigating a highly regulated environment.
  • By coaching and mentoring your team, you'll foster a high-performance culture, driving operational excellence and aligning goals with our strategic vision.
  • Your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and advocate for children, families, and the sector will amplify our service delivery.
  • Through effective financial management and compliance oversight, you will enhance our funded programs' performance and contribute to long-term strategic growth across Victoria and Tasmania.

What We Offer:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant experience
  • Leadership experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting or in a comparable organisation with a focus on governance
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of early childhood education principles, practices, and regulations
  • Valid Victorian Working With Children Check
  • Valid Victorian drivers license
