About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Director to lead our childcare operations in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to centre managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor and improve centre performance through regular reviews and analysis of financials, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, increase occupancy rates, and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with centre teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and initiatives that align with company objectives.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in childcare or education.
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • The ability to lead and motivate centre teams, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
