As an Area Manager at Small Friends, you'll be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package ranging from_**$92,000 to $120,000**_ per year. We believe in recognizing and valuing your expertise, ensuring that your hard work is duly compensated.

As an Area Manager at Small Friends Childcare & Education, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of multiple childcare centres within your designated area. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leadership and Management: Providing strong leadership and guidance to centre directors and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and educational services. Supporting and mentoring centre directors to achieve their goals and maintain a positive work environment.
2. Operational Oversight: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of childcare centres within your area, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Implementing and maintaining consistent operational standards across all centres.
3. Staff Development: Identifying and addressing staff training needs, facilitating professional development opportunities, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth. Supporting and motivating centre directors and staff to deliver exceptional care and education to children.
4. Financial Management: Monitoring financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures for each centre within your area. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure effective financial management and reporting.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining positive relationships with families, local communities, and relevant regulatory bodies. Addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.
6. Quality Assurance: Implementing quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of care, safety, and education in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and taking appropriate action.
7. Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to drive the growth and success of Small Friends Childcare & Education. Collaborating with the executive team to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's mission and vision.
