We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Leader to guide our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving a positive culture.

This leadership role involves working closely with our store management team to develop your skills and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our dynamic store environment. You will have opportunities for growth and professional development in retail leadership.

To succeed, you will need a strong background in customer service, preferably in retail or hospitality. Proven experience meeting sales targets and KPIs, as well as natural leadership qualities that motivate and inspire others, is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team to build relationships with customers, educate them on products, and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment by upholding health and safety standards
  • Managing key performance indicators including Safety, Sales, Loyalty, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
