About the Role:
The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand organisational needs and develop effective learning solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
The L&D Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Learning and Development Strategy aligned to business priorities. This includes sourcing and implementing learning solutions, working with external providers, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. The role also involves identifying opportunities for professional development and creating strategies to build people capability across the organisation.
Desirable Skills / Experience:
- A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Professional Assessment Certification, such as DISC
- Training and experience working with Aboriginal communities
Essential Requirements:
- All current vaccinations
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence
- A Working with Children Check and/or Police Check
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment and contribute to the success of a leading recruitment agency.
