About the Role

As a Learning Business Partner at VMCH, you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that align with our Residential Aged Care team's strategic goals and operational needs.

You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Residential Aged Care to identify and address learning gaps, improve performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver learning packages aligned to business objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning requirements
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to ensure impactful learning experiences
  • Facilitate On The Job learning support
  • Analyse and report on evaluations linked to learning objectives to ensure learning has been effectively transferred to attendees
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry changes, best practice, and future trends to ensure optimal learning packages are delivered
About You

We are looking for a strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for supporting the learning and development of others.

Candidates should possess a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating engaging and effective learning programs for a variety of audiences and modalities, preferably within aged or community care settings.

Additionally, we require candidates to have strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and evaluation methods, as well as experience in customer service and soft skills training delivery.
