About the Role

We are seeking a Part Time Sales Support Associate to join our Commercial Division at Beacon Lighting. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and contribute to the success of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries, processing customer orders, maintaining stock levels, and organizing customer deliveries and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our sales team
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
  • Organize and coordinate customer deliveries and administration tasks
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
