About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Beacon Lighting as an Internal Sales Support Associate. Based at our Melrose Park Commercial Office, you will be reporting to the Office Manager and will be responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries, processing customer orders, maintaining stock levels, and organizing customer deliveries and administration.
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a proven track record in the Lighting/Electrical industry. You will be responsible for delivering impeccable customer service, working closely with our sales team to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and process customer orders
- Maintain accurate stock levels and organize customer deliveries
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Contribute to the overall success of the team
