About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join our team at Beacon Lighting's Melrose Park Commercial Office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries, processing customer orders, and ensuring seamless delivery and administration.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, and experience working in a fast-paced sales environment. You will also be confident in using computer systems and have a general knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery and administration
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
