The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join our team at Beacon Lighting's Melrose Park Commercial Office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries, processing customer orders, maintaining stock levels, and coordinating customer deliveries and administration.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Previous internal sales experience and a strong ability to work within a team environment are essential. You will also have a general knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes, as well as the ability to work with a computer and lift heavy objects.
