The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join our team at Beacon Lighting's Melrose Park Commercial Office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries, processing customer orders, maintaining stock levels, and coordinating customer deliveries and administration.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Previous internal sales experience and a strong understanding of warehousing and logistics processes are highly desirable. You will also be confident in working with a computer and have a positive attitude towards teamwork and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate records of stock levels and deliveries
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
