Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Repco Osborne Park. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide genuine service to customers, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter.
  • Build effective customer relationships, being the helpful person to talk to.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the success of the store.
  • Have a safety mindset and strive to provide a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Be passionate about customer service and have a genuine interest in automotive.
  • Demonstrate friendly, helpful, and confident interpersonal skills.
  • Have a positive mindset and take initiative.
  • Be available to work on a Monday to Friday roster, with overtime available.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (essential).
