The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join our team at Beacon Lighting. Based at our Melrose Park Commercial Office, this role involves handling incoming sales enquiries, processing customer orders, maintaining stock levels, and organizing customer deliveries and administration.

About You

This role is vital for supporting our sales team and ensuring that our clients receive the best of service. You will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • A proven track record in the Lighting/Electrical industry is preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrated delivery of impeccable customer service
  • Previous internal sales experience and enjoy working within a team environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and confidence in working with a computer
  • General knowledge of both warehousing and logistics processes
  • Enjoy working within a team environment with great interpersonal skills
  • A positive "can – do" and enthusiastic approach to your job
  • Heavy lifting will be required
