Client Experience Manager

This role presents an opportunity to drive growth and excellence in a high-performing organisation. The Client Experience Manager will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, delivering strategic initiatives and communicating results through the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute campaigns from concept to delivery
  • Design and communicate analysis of program insights to stakeholders
  • Manage programmes within budget and prepare monthly financial reports
  • Conduct market research on competitor activity
  • Exhibit leadership capabilities and promote a data-driven mindset within the team and external partners

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, a background in delivering customer experience programs, brand strategy or service solutions, and the ability to interpret and analyse data to inform business decisions.

Essential Requirements:
  • A proven experience in account management for a national client base or brand
  • A background in delivering customer experience programs, brand strategy or service solutions either directly for a brand or as a third-party supplier
  • Ability to collect, interpret and analyse data to deliver actionable insights
  • Capacity to think strategically and identify key information supporting business decision making
