
Strategic Client Advocate

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Specialist to play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing our clients across ANZ. This key position will advise and guide a wide variety of clients who are using Experian products, from the point of sale onward.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
- Lead and support Client Success Events & Round Tables in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Consulting teams.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, driving adoption of Experian solutions and ensuring client success.
- Promote and track sales teams supporting other data management clients.
- Design, set up, and run operating rhythms with Marketing Services clients to increase usage and adoption.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Experience working in an agency, client, or mar tech organization on marketing campaigns and strategy.
