Job Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the development of compelling bid proposals. In this role, you'll oversee the entire bid lifecycle, from initial qualification through to submission. You'll work closely with diverse teams to deliver cohesive and compliant bids that showcase our company's value proposition.

The day-to-day includes:
  • Managing the full bid lifecycle, including opportunity qualification and submission.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive proposals.
  • Drafting, editing, and polishing bid documentation.
  • Managing governance and approvals, ensuring risks are identified and addressed.
  • Supporting negotiations by preparing risk assessments and commercial options.
  • Cocaching and mentoring junior contributors to uplift overall bid capability.


To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Significant experience in solution sales or running large, sophisticated service bids in IT&T or similar industries;
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple bids at once;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you can distil complexity into clarity;
Familiarity with proposal management systems and tools (MS Word, Excel, Power Point crucial; MS Project desirable);
Commercial competence and creativity to design bids that balance customer needs and company goals;
The ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, bringing clarity and confidence to complex challenges;
A reputation for building strong relationships and influencing at all levels.
