Senior Bid Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Bid Coordinator to join our National team, playing a critical role in bid coordination. This position works closely with senior colleagues to develop written content for key communications documents that help win work and enhance our reputation.

  • Formal responses to Expressions of Interest
  • Formal responses to Requests for Tender
  • Responses to post tender information requests
  • Capability documents targeting specific clients/markets/projects
  • Preparation of 'unsolicited' proposals; and
  • Other client-focused publications

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to effectively prioritize and manage time and workload, as well as demonstrated leadership skills and ability to build a high-performing team that delivers excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure submissions are completed and submitted to a consistent, high-quality standard by due dates.
  • Ensure submissions accurately reflect our proposed response, follow client requirements, and align with corporate standards.
Requirements:

  • Recognised Certificate/Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline – ie Project Management, Communications, Administration
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or field
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – including advanced word (including template knowledge and troubleshooting)
  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator are desirable.
