Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our client for a major HR technology implementation project.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, including data review and system testing. They will also be responsible for contributing to the procurement and rollout of a major HR technology project.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring quality and alignment with business requirements.

  • Contribute to a major HR technology implementation project from procurement through rollout.
  • Perform data review and system testing to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR technology implementations and systems development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR technology implementations and systems development.
  • Workday experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and manage external system procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
