Job Title: GLT Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of HR strategies and providing expert advice to management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Policies:
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR Employee Handbooks.
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with HR legislation and regulations.
  • Implement Group HR policies across the Global business.
  • Labor Relations and Labour Law.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
  • Manage the recruitment process by preparing role profiles, posting vacancy advertisements, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update offer templates.
  • Create and implement effective Onboarding and Offboarding plans.
Learning and Development:
  • Develop training programs and performance management systems that enable employee understanding of their job role and responsibilities.
HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records on BambooHR according to business requirements, policy, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in Human Resources.
  • In-depth working knowledge of labor law and HR best practice.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant Human Resource experience.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
