Expert Learning Systems Professional

About this Role:
- We're looking for a dedicated professional to implement or manage HR or learning management systems.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of the new HR learning system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system design aligns with organisational learning objectives.
- Manage data migration, user permissions, reporting, and analytics related to learning activities.
- Develop and implement a change management strategy to drive adoption of the new learning system.
- Engage and train key users and champions across departments to support system rollout.
- Monitor adoption metrics and adjust tactics as necessary to ensure successful implementation.
Working Relationships:
- You'll work closely with HR, L&D, IT, and external vendors to ensure system integration and user experience.
What You Need:
- Proven experience implementing or managing HR or learning management systems.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning data and drive insights.
- Experience in creating and delivering user training and support resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
