We're seeking an experienced Senior Dam Operations Manager to join our team, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of dam safety across Melbourne.
This is more than just an asset management position; it's an opportunity to lead innovative projects, build collaborative relationships, and bring modern dam safety management strategies to life. You'll develop and implement processes that ensure our dam safety management framework delivers world-class performance.
Working closely with our Principal Dams Engineer and other passionate professionals, you'll design and refine short- to medium-term programs of work across our dam safety portfolio. Every day offers the chance to solve complex challenges, influence critical decisions, and contribute to the protection of communities and the environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary degree in civil or mechanical engineering or similar field;
- Active engineering registration in a related discipline;
- Extensive experience and knowledge of dam safety management principles;
- Strong financial and commercial acumen skills;
- Proficiency in the use and application of Asset Management systems (e.g., MAXIMO, Project Online, Microsoft 365).
