Catering and Events Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate catering and events across our national network.

This role involves liaising with clients to understand their needs, planning event logistics, and managing relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinate catering and event logistics from initial brief to final execution.
  • Liaise directly with clients to understand their meeting/event needs and provide guidance on catering, room setup, and AV requirements.
  • Plan and manage all event elements, including menu selections, dietary requirements, delivery timelines, and vendor communications.
  • Ensure flawless handover and setup by coordinating with on-site teams.
  • Maintain records of orders, feedback, and budgets, and support continuous improvement of our service standards.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in event coordination, hospitality, or coworking (catering or AV background a plus).
  • Solutions-focused and thrives under pressure while juggling multiple deadlines.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Has strong attention to detail and pride in delivering seamless experiences.
  • Brings a collaborative spirit—working cross-functionally with sales, ops, and vendors.
  • Is organised, adaptable, and confident in managing logistics end-to-end.
