Job Summary

This is a full-time fixed-term contract from October to February, supporting the end-to-end delivery of Australian Open food and dining operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support planning execution and wrap-up of food and catering operations across multiple event locations.
  • Coordinate operational requirements with internal teams and external vendors ensuring compliance with regulations and high-quality experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with catering partners restaurant vendors and precinct stakeholders for smooth execution.
  • Contribute to workforce planning team leadership and sustainability initiatives.
About You:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in large-scale catering or major event environments with knowledge of food and hospitality operations.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end food and beverage delivery in major sporting events including front and back of house requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively make sound professional judgments and manage commercial operations within complex organisational settings.
