Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of performance and reward strategy, including the design, delivery, and governance of our compensation programs. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the delivery of reward activities and projects, including the Performance and Remuneration Review cycle, gender pay analysis, and relevant guideline and policy reviews.
- Managing ART's reward policies to ensure regulatory compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with our purpose and strategy.
- Providing remuneration expertise and governance to support Enterprise Leaders and in preparation for Boards and Committees.
- Leading the delivery of all Reward Disclosures, including the Annual Remuneration Report and CPS-511 Disclosures.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, offering expert guidance on remuneration governance and supporting effective people processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of remuneration structures, benefits management, and related legislation.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing remuneration programs.
- Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in HRIS and compensation software, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in financial services or a global organisation highly regarded.
