At Sanitarium, we're passionate about empowering Kiwis to live well. As a Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in driving growth and brand awareness for our plant-based barista milks. You'll work closely with our trans-Tasman brand team to formulate a unified brand strategy and execute domestic campaigns to achieve profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement standardized Point of Sale and digital assets for the brand.
  • Oversee and plan digital activity, including websites and social media.
  • Liaise with local distributor partners and marketing agencies for local programs.
  • Support design and delivery of key trade shows and selling materials.
  • SOURCE AND DESIGN KEY GWP ITEMS
  • Manage and execute NZ specific packaging projects.
  • Drive sales and share achievement.
  • Lead brand innovation and execution.
  • Measure promotion performance.
  • Manage project delivery.
  • Conduct research to support marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing.
  • FMCG marketing experience, preferably in the Foodservice channel.
  • Exposure to various marketing techniques.
  • Experience in media and promotional campaign implementation and management.
  • Legal right to work in New Zealand.
