Job Opportunity
This role offers support services to the organisation including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and clerical duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records for accounts payable
- Reconcile bank statements and balance accounts
- Prepare fiscal reports
- Assist in month end and year end close processes
- Liaise with external accountants as required
- General Administrative duties
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience using accounting software
- Strong analytical skills
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Intermediate level of Word and Excel
