Levande is creating vibrant retirement communities where residents feel at home, connected, and supported. Our Real Estate team plays a key role in shaping this vision, and we're seeking an experienced finance professional to help keep our projects running smoothly.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage financial administration for development projects, including managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing for development projects
  • Partner with Accounts Payable and Development teams to arrange special payments when required
  • Support reconciliations in collaboration with our Development Finance team
  • Coordinate procurement activities such as ordering uniforms, PPE, and event catering
  • Provide onboarding support for new staff members
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders across the Real Estate business

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building
  • Experience with computer-based systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Microsoft Office, and document management systems
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes
  • A high level of personal presentation
  • (Desirable) Experience in real estate, property development, or retirement living administration
