**The Client**
Our client is an outstanding ASX listed organisation based on Collins St in the CBD. Due to the continued growth of the business, an opportunity for a Finance Coordinator to join their team in a permanent capacity presently exists.

**Duties**
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager and working in a medium sized finance team your daily tasks will include;
- Invoicing - including being the SME on all client work orders
- Measure and monitor billing performance during the month
- Continually evaluate and assist the Finance Manager to improve the billing process
- Processing of disbursements
- Finance System Management and support
- Ad hoc administration duties as requested

**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience in a Finance Officer position
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Ability to work proficiently in a team environment
- Positive and vibrant personality
