  • Compliance & Controls: Oversee assessments to confirm compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and standards, fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.">
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships across the organisation, understanding varying needs and offering practical solutions aligned with business goals.">
  • Continuous Innovation: Stay on top of industry trends and regulatory shifts, bringing forward new ideas and process improvements that keep the business agile, resilient, and ahead of the curve.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years in risk management, advisory, or compliance roles, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity within dynamic, high-growth environments.">

  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable insights and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.">
