About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Inchcape. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service to drive repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, and be able to communicate this knowledge to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in a retail or sales environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of our products and services, and the ability to communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
