About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Community Healthcare Professional to join our team at KinCare, a leading provider of in-home care services. As a Community Healthcare Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our elderly customers in the Port Macquarie area.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical support services, including wound care, catheter care, medication administration, stoma and bowel care, injections, and clinical management. You will also conduct nursing, continence, and dementia screening assessments, while supporting care plans and providing solutions tailored to each customer's individual needs.

To succeed in this role, you will require full AHPRA registration, First Aid and CPR certification, and a reliable vehicle with a driver's licence. You must also be available for a minimum of 3 regular days per week, between Monday and Friday.
