Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive team environment, making a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Community Support Professional, you will provide personalized assistance to help individuals develop their skills and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and household management.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to promote client independence.
  • Provide transportation and social support to enable clients to engage in community activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A certificate level qualification in Disability or Community Services, or equivalent experience.
  • A valid NSW Drivers C class licence, with ability to drive vehicles in licence class.
  • The capacity to lift 10 kilograms unassisted and meet the physical requirements of customer support.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and other common systems.
