We are seeking experienced and entry-level Disability Support Workers to join our dynamic team at Kirinari Community Services.
- Supporting Customers with Daily Lives
Our Disability Support Workers provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in various settings, enabling them to live independently and engage with their communities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties
- Support customers to access community services and participate in activities
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements and Benefits
- Essential Requirements:
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and overnight shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Driver's Licence and Smart Phone
- NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
