Garden Village, a premier aged care provider in Port Macquarie, is seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate and experienced nurses who can provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse at Garden Village, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of respect and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that align with resident goals and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion among colleagues and residents.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience in aged care or a related field is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
  • National Police Check and NDIS Workers Check required.
