Group Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Group Reservations Coordinator to join our team. Based in Brisbane, this role will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our guests.

About the Job:

  • A minimum of 18 months of reservations or front office experience, with exposure to group reservations is required.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills are essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently and accurately in a busy environment is key.
  • Previous experience with either Opera or Protel is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is essential.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to influence guest decisions is required.
  • Availability to work weekends or weekdays is necessary.
