Job Title: Passenger Service Agent
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Reviewer to visit retail outlets and gather feedback on the store presentation, service, and overall customer experience.
This role involves observing and documenting the shopping experience as a customer, then providing detailed surveys about their interactions. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and access to the internet.
The number of assignments available will depend on your availability, ability to complete tasks successfully, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.
Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. We offer a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the retail industry by providing valuable insights to our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- An eye for detail and ability to observe and document the shopping experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear and concise feedback
- Access to the internet and ability to complete online surveys
