">Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pose as a customer and make detailed observations about your experience at retail outlets.
  • Complete online surveys about your experience and provide feedback.
  • Analyze data and identify trends in customer behavior.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience.

You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, using your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to achieve satisfactory resolutions and maintain strong relationships with clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Access to the internet and basic computer skills.
