Job Overview:

As a seasoned Scrum Master professional, we seek an individual to facilitate the delivery of multiple data-related releases within our agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive leadership in building high-performing Agile teams
  • Advocate for the adoption and improvement of Scrum practices
  • Lead increment and sprint planning sessions, daily scrum, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospective meetings
  • Establish a culture of psychological safety where problems are raised without fear of blame or retribution
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prepare and clarify the product backlog
  • Document and lead remediation efforts and removal of impediments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience coaching technology teams through the adoption of Agile practices
  • Familiarity with various software development methodologies and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Experience organizing and executing team training and mentoring
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)/ Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
