Remote Marketing Professional

As a highly skilled and organised individual, you will support our clients in the Australian market by developing and managing company communications, client engagement, and sales administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop written marketing content, including project descriptions and staff profiles.
  • Manage and update the company website, including content, photos, and news.
  • Oversee and schedule social media content, focusing on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Maintain and protect the company's brand image across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with external designers, photographers, and technical professionals for marketing materials.
  • Organize professional photography and staging for project completion shoots.
  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate client, project, and lead information.
  • Conduct client mapping for existing and target clients.
  • Support sales process mapping and lead follow-up tracking.
  • Generate sales and marketing reports as required.
  • Coordinate internal and external company events, client lunches/dinners, and industry networking functions.
  • Manage the events calendar, including social, internal, and external activities.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of annual celebrations such as Christmas functions.
  • Monitor industry leaders and competitors to identify best practices for social media and marketing strategies.
  • Research and track industry events, sponsorship opportunities, and awards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, administration, or a related field. They should have experience in digital communications, including CRM, social media, websites, and eDM platforms. Proven experience in producing marketing materials and coordinating events is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is also required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in producing marketing materials and coordinating events.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Ability to support other members of the leadership team as required.
  • Experience managing processes such as coordinating the development of a new website.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) – highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a permanent work-from-home arrangement with a fixed day-shift schedule. The remuneration package is commensurate with experience.
