Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior management to develop tailored sales strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor sales performance and progress against targets, taking proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, including client contact information, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Contribute to a high-performing environment and act with clarity on strategy, objectives, and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Strong communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, multitask, and manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Impeccable time management skills.
  • Adaptability to changing environments (new selling solutions, products, ways of working).
