Your Qualifications- Experience in sales, call centre, or client engagement roles (essential).
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally.
- Confidence in navigating conversations with empathy and objection handling.
- Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage your time effectively.
