Business Growth and Client Engagement Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious organization as a Business Growth and Client Engagement Specialist. The successful candidate will support high-performing professionals in contributing to business growth initiatives, client engagement, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations that showcase the firm's capabilities.
- Coordinate and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events, including seminars, webinars, and client briefings, to drive business growth.
- Maintain and enhance marketing collateral, including practice area content, lawyer profiles, and credentials, to ensure consistent branding.
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives, managing website content updates and social media channels, to increase online presence.
- Support CRM activities, including updating databases, coordinating EDMs, and tracking analytics, to optimize customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development within professional services, preferably in the legal or accounting sector. They will possess exceptional organizational and project management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and CRM software.
