Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Frontline Operations group as Client Engagement Specialists.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to clients through various channels, including phone, web chat, email, paper, and online portals to support their taxation, superannuation, and registration needs.
  • Understanding individual client circumstances and offering tailored advice aligned with current legislation, policy, and procedures.
  • Fostering meaningful relationships to facilitate clients' payment, lodgment, and registration outcomes.
  • Navigating challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism, including support for vulnerable clients and those experiencing hardship or crisis.

Some roles may require working within a scheduled contact centre environment, providing high-quality service to clients during standard business hours.

You will deliver contemporary solutions that promote client engagement and encourage ongoing participation in the taxation and superannuation systems.
