Driving Business Growth as a Strategic Client Engagement Professional

As part of our Shared Services group, we facilitate the achievement of business objectives through strong technical capabilities. We ensure service delivery through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
The Global Client Action Team (CAT) supports Hatch sales efforts in Australia/Asia, comprising experienced professionals in business development, marketing, and project management.
We challenge clients with innovative ideas to elevate their business. In this role, you will collaborate with internal business leaders and doer-sellers across Australia/Asia to present a competitive edge to their clients.
As the successful candidate, you will:
Act as a strategic partner to our Australia/Asia Regional Leadership Team
Serve as a professional internal coach and expert in winning work, providing Hatch Business Units with knowledge, coaching, and advice on developing client relationships
Leverage the toolset developed by the Client Action Team to deliver specific job functions:
Facilitate company-wide sales training programs
Guide Hatch teams to become more successful in their winning work efforts
